Note: 2016 HOME Income Limits are effective June 6, 2016.
*The HOME household income eligibility limit for tenants initially leasing a unit is 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). However, for buildings or developments with five or more units, at least 20% of the tenants must have incomes at or below 50% AMI, and those units must be designated as “Low HOME rent units.” All other units would be designated as “High HOME rent units.” See the applicable HOME Program Rent Limits for the Low and High HOME rent limits.
