The purpose of the Governance Committee is to advise the MVI Board of Directors with respect to Board composition, procedures, planning, and committees, including identifying and recommending to the Board of Directors appropriate candidates for Board service. The Governance Committee may also develop and recommend to the CEO and the Board corporate governance policies and procedures that may be relevant to MVI’s work and monitor adherence to such Board-approved policies and procedures.
