The East Pittsburgh Economic Development Corporation (EPEDC) is a Community Development Corporation (CDC) committed to revitalizing and sustaining East Pittsburgh as a liveable community. EPEDC is an all-volunteer organization. In collaboration with the Mon Valley Initiative (MVI), EPEDC takes a lead role in housing rehabilitation, home ownership opportunities, workforce development and small business assistance.
