If you’ve got questions, MVI’s Housing Counseling Program has answers! We offer pre-purchase counseling, pre-closing counseling required by PHFA and other lenders, and post-purchase counseling. We’ll work with you to create a personalized action plan to help you pursue your dream of owning a home or make needed home repairs and improvements.

We are approved by both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to provide housing counseling.
