Beginning Jan. 1, 2020, Mon Valley Initiative will be responsible for the maintenance of your building.
We’re making this change to respond more quickly and efficiently to requests for repairs and maintenance. We think the change will make living here more pleasant. We want you to feel safe and take pride in where you live.
As we make this switch, there may be a few “bumps” along the way, but we expect them to be minor. Thank you in advance for your patience!
What will change: Maintenance and repair questions and requests
Beginning Jan. 1, 2020:
If you have a maintenance or repair request or question, please call MVI at 412-464-4305.
During normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday), please leave a message with your name, address, unit number and the best phone number to reach you.
Please also give us permission to enter your apartment (if necessary). Someone will return your call as soon as possible.
After-hours emergency calls will be handled by an answering service. Repairs will be handled on a priority basis. Non-priority repairs will be scheduled as necessary.
Please do not send maintenance requests via email.
What will not change: Rental payments and leasing questions
If you have any questions regarding your lease, please call the property manager at the Corey Avenue office of NDC at 412-271-1300.
NDC Asset Management will continue to process your rent payments and answer any questions related to your lease.
Please continue to make your rent payments as you have in the past.
