If you’ve got questions, MVI’s Housing Counseling Program has answers! We offer pre-purchase counseling, pre-closing counseling required by PHFA and other lenders, and post-purchase counseling. We’ll work with you to create a personalized action plan to help you pursue your dream of owning a home.
