The historic Clairton Inn was restored in 2022 by Mon Valley Initiative to include 49 units of affordable rental units and street-level commercial space in Clairton’s primary business corridor. Two spaces are currently available for lease, including a 1,139 square foot space and a 1,590 square foot space.


Size: Space “A” has 1,139 square feet and Space “D” has 1,590 square feet.
Asking Rent: $6.00 per square foot per year
Lease Term: 3 years
Preliminary Lease Requirements: Prospective tenants will need to submit a detailed business plan and authorization for a credit check, as well as three years of bank statements and copies of tax returns for the most recent two years. If alterations to the space are required, a detailed architectural plan must be submitted. Proposed alterations to the space must be submitted via detailed architectural plans and are subject to landlord and city approvals.
Other terms and conditions: Security deposit required. Gas and electric separately metered and tenant responsibility.
