Mon Valley Initiative’s rental portfolio includes 181 residential and commercial units in Allegheny, Washington and Westmoreland counties — 162 are residential and 19 are commercial.
Most rental units are reserved for people whose income falls between 20 and 80 percent of the area median income and others are rented at market rate. Current Area Median Income (AMI) for the Greater Pittsburgh Region by household size can be found here. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome.
