Most of Mon Valley Initiative’s rental units are income-restricted, and Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome. Please note that some of our apartments have a waiting list, and the application process does not provide immediate housing.

As part of the application process, a number of documents will need to be provided, and applications will only be processed once all required documentation is received.
