Fifth Street Place is designed for individuals 55 years and older. Apartments are reserved for individuals at or below 40% to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) depending on the unit. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome at all of MVI’s properties.

Due to the required application process, MVI cannot provide immediate housing and some apartments may have a waiting list. A number of documents will need to be provided, and applications will only be processed once all required documentation is received.
