Our goal is to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for repairs and maintenance. We want all of our tenants to feel safe and take pride in where they live.
If you have a maintenance or repair request or question, please call MVI at 412-464-4305.
During normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday), please leave a message with your name, address, unit number and the best phone number to reach you.
Please also give us permission to enter your apartment (if necessary). Someone will return your call as soon as possible.
After-hours emergency calls will be handled by an answering service. Repairs will be handled on a priority basis. Non-priority repairs will be scheduled as necessary.
Please do not send maintenance requests via email.
