This property was a six-unit apartment which had been blighted and in a state of disrepair. It was acquired by MVI in 2017 with the cooperation of East Pittsburgh Borough officials and the encouragement of East Pittsburgh Economic Development Corp.

The building was converted into a three-unit townhouse. Construction was completed in early 2021.

Designed by MacLachlan, Cornelius & Filoni Architects, each of the new units will feature four bedrooms, a bathroom on both the first and second floors, central air conditioning and heating, fully equipped kitchens and laminate flooring.

General contractor was DRS of Greater Pittsburgh. Funding for the project was provided by Allegheny County Economic Development.

The units are leased by NDC Asset Management.
